CLTR is an internal workforce-management app provided by Hundia Infosolutions Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", "the Company") to its employees. This policy explains what data the app collects, why, and how it is used.

1. Who this app is for

CLTR is used by employees of the Company (and its authorized affiliates/partners) for attendance, leave, field-sales activities, and related HR functions. Accounts are created and managed by the Company; the app is not offered to the general public.

2. Information we collect

Account & profile data: name, employee number, email, designation, department, team, role, and reporting relationships.

Location data (including in the background): When you are a field/sales user and you punch in, the app collects your device's precise GPS location, including while the app is closed or not in use, for the duration of your work session (from punch-in until the daily cut-off). Location collection stops automatically at the end of the day and does not run outside your active work session. A persistent notification is shown while location tracking is active.

Work activity data: attendance punches, leave/OD/loan and other requests, daily visit reports, secondary-sales entries, distributor/customer interactions, and related notes.

Device & technical data: device model, OS version, app version, IP address, and standard diagnostic/error logs needed for security and app maintenance.

3. How we use your information

To verify attendance, calculate working hours, and process payroll.
To verify field-sales visits and manage customer/distributor outreach assigned to you.
To enable managers and HR to review and approve requests (leave, OD, loans, etc.).
To maintain app security, prevent fraud, and troubleshoot operational issues.

4. How location data is used

Location data is collected solely for business verification (confirming that attendance punches and customer visits take place at authorized locations). We donot sell location data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties for marketing. Location history is accessible only to authorized Company administrators and managers.

5. Data sharing and disclosure

We share your data only in the following limited circumstances:

Internal management: Authorized Company managers, HR personnel, and IT administrators have access as required to perform their duties.
Service providers: Secure cloud infrastructure (e.g., Firebase / Google Cloud Platform) hosting the backend database.
Legal requirements: If required by law, court order, or government regulation.

6. Data retention & security

Attendance and activity records are retained for as long as required by employment laws and Company policy. Data is transmitted securely over HTTPS (TLS encryption) and stored in access-controlled databases.

7. Account deletion & data requests

Because CLTR is an enterprise workforce application linked to employment records, employees cannot self-delete their accounts from within the app. If you leave the Company or wish to request data access or deletion, please contact your HR department or email hr@hundiainfosolutions.com.

8. Updates to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in legal requirements or app functionality. The updated date at the top of this page indicates when the latest changes took effect.
