Privacy Policy

CLTR is an internal workforce-management app provided by Hundia Infosolutions Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", "the Company") to its employees. This policy explains what data the app collects, why, and how it is used.

1. Who this app is for

CLTR is used by employees of the Company (and its authorized affiliates/partners) for attendance, leave, field-sales activities, and related HR functions. Accounts are created and managed by the Company; the app is not offered to the general public.

2. Information we collect

Account & profile data: name, employee number, email, designation, department, team, role, and reporting relationships.

Work activity data: attendance punches, leave/OD/loan and other requests, daily visit reports, secondary-sales entries, distributor/customer interactions, and related notes.

Device & diagnostic data: limited technical data needed to operate the app (e.g. push notification token, app/OS version, crash and error logs).

Content you provide: photos/documents you choose to upload, and biometric verification used only locally on your device to unlock the app (biometric data never leaves your device).

3. How we use your information

• To record attendance and verify field visits (including via location).
• To show your live location and route to your managers during work hours for supervision and market-coverage/visit verification.
• To operate sales workflows (visits, orders, collections, distributor mapping).
• To provide HR services (leave, payroll inputs, requests, notifications).
• To secure the app and diagnose problems.

We do not use your location for advertising, and we do not sell your personal data.

4. Legal basis / purpose

Processing is carried out for the Company's legitimate employment and business-management purposes and, where required, on the basis of your consent (which you may withdraw as described below).

5. Sharing of information

Your information is accessible to your employer/organization (authorized HR, managers, and administrators) for the purposes above. We also use trusted service providers who process data on our behalf:

• Google Firebase / Google Cloud (authentication, database, hosting, notifications, maps).
• The Company's internal CRM / ERP / inventory / Tally systems and their APIs, to sync distributor, product, order, and receivables data.

We may disclose information where required by law. We do not otherwise share your personal data with third parties.

6. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your employment/engagement continues and as required for legal, tax, and legitimate business purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures (encrypted transport, access controls) to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Your choices and rights

• Location: You can turn location off at any time in your device Settings. Doing so may limit field-tracking and visit-verification features. Tracking also stops automatically at the daily cut-off.
• Access / correction / deletion: To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, contact hr@hundiainfosolutions.com. Some records may be retained where the law or legitimate business needs require.

9. Children

The app is for Company employees and is not directed to children under 16.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy; material changes will be communicated through the app or by the Company. The "Effective date" above shows the latest version.
